Central Kids

Kids Ministry Matters

We believe that no child is too young to be impacted by The Gospel. We believe that it is our role to support the family in discipleship and knowledge of God's Word. In light of that, we teach the Gospel Project Curriculum (even in the nursery).

Your First Visit

Before Service: You can check-in your child at the check-in desk to your right when you walk in the door. If you do not already have a family profile for you, we will help you set one up! This process usually takes about 3-5 minutes, so plan accordingly. Upon check-in, you and your child will be given matching name tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion while you hold on to the matching tag. You can check in up to 15 minutes prior to service!

After Service: After the service is complete, you will return to your child's room and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you. Please pick all children up by 10 minutes after end of service!

During Service: In the event that we need to contact you during the service, you will receive a text from Central Kids. We ask that you exit the auditorium immediately and head to the kids check-in desk or classroom. Thank you!

Nursery (Newborn - 2 Years Old)

We believe no child is too young to experience God's love and truth. So, every time you drop your child off with us you should know that we set aside intentional time for teaching a Gospel lesson to your baby (lots of visuals and shorter version of the Pre-K Lesson) and for us to be praying over your child.

Pre-K (2-5 Years Old)

We believe that in the formative years of a child's life. Our goal is to focus on your child's heart and reach them with the Gospel. So, we will spend time every week learning how the Bible is one big story pointing to Jesus, doing fun activities and crafts that are gospel focused, and helping them to grasp a basic understanding of essential Christian doctrines.

Elementary (1st-6th Grade)

We believe that our children will rise to the expectation that we set for them. So our goal is that before your child reaches the "dreaded teenage years", that we equip them with studies from both the Old and New Testament, understand the entire Bible as Gospel-Centered, and are able to understand in full essential doctrines of the Christian Faith.
